A trip to the Minneapolis Farmer's Market to start the weekend. Lots of great help and hard work produced 764 jars, making our season total 1,905 jars!

After completing all the necessary paperwork- and there was a TON - we are working on our first batch in a commercial kitchen! Here's a few pics from yesterday's work. 254 jars!
